Application Software Engineer
Build high-performance web applications, enterprise management portals, and microservice APIs connecting our customers to their edge device fleets.
Role Overview
As an Application Software Engineer, you will craft the user interfaces and backend cloud systems that give customers control over their hardware networks. You will write modern React/Next.js frontend applications, scalable REST/GraphQL APIs, and robust data persistence services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop responsive, user-friendly client applications using TypeScript, React, Next.js, and Tailwind CSS.
- Design and maintain scalable backend microservices using Node.js / Python / Go and containerized Docker environments.
- Architect relational and NoSQL database schemas (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) for high-throughput telemetry streams.
- Collaborate with UX designers and hardware engineers to deliver intuitive real-time device monitoring experiences.
Qualifications & Requirements
- BS/MS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
- 3+ years of full-stack software development experience.
- Strong fluency in modern TypeScript, React, Node.js, and RESTful API architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), CI/CD pipelines, and automated unit/integration testing.
